Our company has been striving for a long time to ensure nationwide service coverage of its clients. For this purpose, a comprehensive network of specialized service centers was gradually built, which are able to provide quality and fast service within their region.

Basic types of offered services

1) NON-STOP emergency service 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
in large cities (Prague, Brno, Ostrava) no later than 60 minutes after reporting,
in other places in the Czech Republic within 4 hours of reporting,

2) Routine service
It is usually a solution of defects, or. and other operational modifications to security systems, according to the situation and requirements of our customers. All service requests are properly registered by the technical support dispatcher.

3) Regular inspections and revisions
We offer customers the opportunity to enter into a service contract with us for the performance of technical care. As part of this service, we will agree with the customer on an individual regime of regular technical inspections and annual inspections, depending on the type of equipment and the level of security. We offer interesting benefits (price advantage, speed and service guarantee, etc.) to customers who enter into this service contract with us.
